
SAN SEBASTIAN
Founded in 1966 by the visionary José Aparecido Ribeiro, when he died, his grandson Frederico Ribeiro continued his legacy in the group. Riviera de São Lourenço was a revolutionary enterprise in Brazil. The city is planned, with an architectural model, where almost all buildings have a view of the sea.
In partnership with other companies with the same profile, it carried out the urbanization project on the beaches of Bertioga and São Lourenço, dividing the project called Jardim Indaiá I, II and III, in the city of Bertioga and together with Companhia Fazenda Acaraú, it carried out the Urbanization Project for Praia de São Lourenço, Riviera de São Lourenço, also in Bertioga, State of São Paulo.
The Project was developed by Pluric and the execution of the project was under the responsibility of Sobloco Construtora SA, implemented in 1980.
The project has become a success story and is at the forefront of ecologically viable and sustainable projects, which are internationally recognized as a model of urban development.
The company also develops planned neighborhoods in the cities of Campinas, in a region privileged by the quality of life and location amidst nature.
