The Holding was born from the merger of the Ardua Investimentos Group, which originated in the Ribeiro Participações Group, a traditional real estate and agricultural development group, with operations in São Paulo and Mato Grosso, with CMAK, a company specialized in the development of special industrial machines, based on Novo Hamburgo (RS).

Companies in the agro sector - BIOP, BIOTUB, HIDROPONIC FARM, SMART SEEDS and IN4Y SILOS - develop sustainable technologies and solutions for the global market, one of which is 100% biodegradable biopolymer, used as a substitute for plastic used in traditional industry. The innovation of renewable polymers was born on the basis of planting tubers using advanced, renewable and innovative technology of hydroponic cultivation on a large industrial scale.

Also noteworthy are the compostable tubes, used for planting seedlings through mechanized systems, and Smart Seeds, a BlockChain and Artificial Intelligence platform.  specialized in intelligent management of seedlings, with traceability, transparency, security and transaction history.

The companies in the industrial sector - CMAK, ROBOPLANT and RENEWABLE ENERGY - include the manufacture of machines for rubber processing, nurseries with automated lines and planting by robots, planters and irrigators, all using - 4.0 technology, and the generation of renewable energy through of innovative technology.
