OUR HISTORY
The history of the Ardua Group has its origins in Grupo Ribeiro Participações, a traditional real estate and agribusiness development group, leading the companies Praias Paulistas and Grupo Mutum, with operations in São Paulo and Mato Grosso. In 2019, the reorganization of the group's companies began, giving rise to "ARDUA HOLDING".
The portfolio of our companies carries an experience of more than 70 years, developing successful cases such as the Riviera de São Lourenço project in Bertioga and the colonization and urbanization project of the city of Nova Mutum-MT, today one of the greatest powers of Brazilian agribusiness. .
Our "expertise" comes from the implementation of planned cities, planned neighborhoods, residential and commercial development, shopping, industrial subdivisions, hotels and recently the participation in the technology park in the city of Nova Mutum. We cannot fail to highlight the vast experience in agribusiness, where more than 40 thousand hectares of agricultural area were explored in Nova Mutum, pioneering innovative technologies, gaining prominence in visionaries, bringing more efficiency and sustainability to the business.
The colonizer's grandson took over the family business at an early age. When José Aparecido Ribeiro died in December 1994, Frederico Ribeiro took over the management of Grupo Mutum at the age of 19. In this way, it was possible to continue the innovative, enterprising, and economic blood that ran in his grandfather's veins. And in this new phase, in which Mutum enters a process of industrialization in a new cycle, integrating agriculture with urban development, with technological innovation that will enable, through high-level research, a global exchange and a very important logistical hub for the frank development of the region, which by 2020, in partnership with Rumo Logística, should install the rail terminal in Nova Mutum. Another strong work by the Mutum Group, City Hall, government and important politicians from MT.
An example of this is the recent donation of the area destined to the construction of the Technological Pole of Nova Mutum, to which the Mutum Group, represented by Entrepreneur Frederico Ribeiro Krakauer, grandson of José Aparecido, donated an area of 150 hectares destined to hold technology fairs, universities, technology park with incubators, auditorium and research laboratory. Over the years, Grupo Mutum has also been strongly connected, having an effective participation in the arrival of large companies to the municipality, with partnerships, donations to the airport area, construction of the barracks, ACRIMUTUM, Orchestra, and partnerships with the Municipality, in Governments that passed through Nova Mutum, with several areas for the implementation of subdivisions and others of interest to the Municipality and subsidies in the sale of areas for the arrival of giants such as Bunge, BRF, Frigorífico Excellence, CVALE and other companies that brought development, employment and income to Nova Mutum.
In addition, the Group and the Ribeiro family played a fundamental role in the creation of the Nova Mutum Music School and the Young Symphony Orchestra. It was through the donation of 40 musical instruments and the effort of businessman Frederico Ribeiro, who wanted to fulfill the dream of his grandmother, Hilda Strenger Ribeiro (in memorian), of bringing classical music to the children of the city, that the School was born, which today it is an example of a social project for the entire state and serves more than 400 children.
Today, after the reorganization of Grupo Ribeiro, Frederico is at the head of ARDUA, bringing his vast experience and pioneering look at new technologies to the Group.
ARDUA Holding, in addition to continuing with the very strong real estate development sector in Nova Mutum and other regions, brought IN4Y to its Hub, company focused on cutting-edge technology combined with sustainable solutions for the agribusiness and industrial sectors.
BIOFAZ, another company of the group, is also in a way linked to agribusiness, but stands out in the development of a pioneering technology for 100% biodegradable plastic.
ARDUA Holding, also today invests and participates in the port sector in the state of Tocantins. The Ecoporto project involves the implementation of port operations, river transport and navigation, as well as storage solutions and logistical operations.
ARDUA HOLDING, aiming at the development of special projects, created ARDUA Incorporadora, for the development of neighborhoods, segmented and differentiated incorporations. The incorporator OKA, another company of the group, was born acting for the public of medium and low income.
With the objective of verticalizing our real estate "cluster", we added our commercial operation, with "UNIK real estate" and "JAR real estate", two companies consolidated in the sale of real estate products, mainly our developments.
"AGC Arq & Design" completes the operations, focusing on the creation of masterplans and project coordination.
We have already included in our plans the creation of "ARDUA Capital", with the objective of bringing financial solutions to our ventures.
