Founded in 1966 by the visionary José Aparecido Ribeiro, when he died, his grandson Frederico Ribeiro continued his legacy in the group. Riviera de São Lourenço was a revolutionary enterprise in Brazil. The city is planned, with an architectural model, where almost every building has a view of the sea.
In partnership with other companies with the same profile, it carried out the urbanization project on the beaches of Bertioga and São Lourenço, dividing the project named Jardim Indaiá I, II and III, in the city of Bertioga and together with Companhia Fazenda Acaraú, it carried out the Urbanization Project for São Lourenço Beach, Riviera de São Lourenço, also in Bertioga, State of São Paulo.
The Project was developed by Pluric and the execution of the project was under the responsibility of Sobloco Construtora SA, implemented in 1980.
The project has become a success story and is at the forefront of ecologically viable and sustainable projects, which are internationally recognized as a model of urban development.
The company also develops planned neighborhoods in the cities of Campinas, in a region privileged by its quality of life and location amidst nature.

Nova Mutum is considered a model in terms of infrastructure, the city has a master plan project that will keep the development organized for the next 30 years to have an orderly and projected growth, a project to implement a technology park with the donation of approximately 300 hectares by the Mutum group, the Plan points to the implementation of the Nova Mutum technological park, and highlights some points of possible implementation, including: implementation of new technical courses in various areas, implementation of a new educational institution, training public/private partnerships, feasibility of a Technological fair - space for carrying out big business and presentation of technological innovation in the field of agribusiness, construction of a theater as an incentive to local culture, among other projects.
The city has 16 km of bike path, with another 14 km planned in the coming years with the objective of providing a better quality of life, through the practice of sports activities such as running, cycling and walking.
